Our fifty years of customer satisfaction is summarized in 35 different product types. The establishment of KFF Flour Company dates back to 1972 and it now has celebrated its 51st anniversary. The company officially commenced operations in 1975 with an initial capacity of 25,000 tons of wheat per year on a 33,000 square meter facility.
Over the years, KFF has undergone three stages of development to enhance its production capacity. The latest expansion was completed in 2015. State-of-the-art machinery was installed in the factory, and new units were established, raising the company’s annual production capacity to 245,000 tons. Alongside this production capacity, KFF can store up to 120,000 tons of wheat in its fully mechanized warehouses.
Today, relying on its skilled workforce and efficient modern equipment, KFF can deliver 35 specialized flour types of desirable quality to customers nationwide. KFF’s flour products cater to various uses, including baking, industrial applications, baby food, pasta, confectionery, and restaurants.
At KFF Mills, we uphold a steadfast commitment to our core values and principles. Our code of honor is a reflection of our dedication to excellence, responsibility, and customer satisfaction. We pledge to:
KFF Mills, along with its team of experts, derives its reputation from the wide-ranging satisfaction of its customers. The company takes pride in having expanded its customer base to 3,500 units. Notably, KFF Mills serves esteemed clients such as global food organizations and Nestlé Iran, key players in Iran’s food industry, who rely on KFF Mills for their essential products.
To fortify the bond of trust cultivated over five decades of operation, KFF Mills has introduced the Customer Loyalty Program. This initiative involves maintaining updated customer information, including product preferences, cooking methods, and presentation choices. This ensures that the company can readily offer tailored solutions to meet both current and future customer needs. By utilizing effective management tools, KFF Mills ensures top-notch quality, swift service, accuracy, and adaptability to serve both individual customers and larger clients.
The establishment of a customer database has notably contributed to understanding diverse customer requirements across product variations. This, in turn, facilitates the provision of comprehensive and consistent solutions while adopting a systematic approach to addressing prevailing challenges.
In its commitment to customer-centric values, KFF Mills has set up a dedicated department for suggestions and feedback. This strategic move aims to institutionalize customer satisfaction, enhance overall company performance, and elevate service delivery. KFF Mills consistently encourages customer input, reflecting its dedication to excellence and continual enhancement.
Innovatively looking into the flour milling industry, KFF Mills has set up a modern baking facility equipped with advanced machinery to produce various types of bread and pastries. This not only creates an aromatic ambiance of freshly baked goods in the factory, enhancing a sense of sanctity and blessing among the staff, but also underscores the commitment to offer advisory services and proper dough handling techniques. This focus particularly extends to small and medium-sized bakeries within the flour industry. KFF Mills is dedicated to meeting customer needs and adapting to changing tastes and preferences.
KFF Mills’ ability to produce diverse and specialized flours relies on its modern laboratory equipment and skilled personnel in the Quality Control Department. Established in 1982 and further upgraded in 2018, this department not only achieved the distinction of being one of the earliest recipients of the National Standard Encouragement Mark in 1990 but also serves as a flagship reference laboratory for conducting comprehensive analyses of flour and wheat.
By conducting essential physical, chemical, microbial, and rheological tests in alignment with both national and international standards on the manufactured products, this unit provides product certification. This certification informs customers about the intended flour quality and the quality of the final product prior to its usage.
KFF Mills, as a flour production company, is equipped with silos featuring batching, blending, and mixing capabilities. This system enables the standardization of flour quality based on the diverse quality of wheat. The mixing system incorporates a homogenizer device. Once the desired blending percentage is determined, the product is fed into this device to ensure consistent production. Additionally, this stage allows for the incorporation of approved additives while mixing different flours.
KFF Mills’ Roller Grooving and Sand Blasting Workshop provides services to all flour mills within and outside the province, utilizing their experienced and technical experts. The roller grooving and sand blasting units were established as the first under the supervision of Bühler Switzerland in 2010 at KFF Mills. The roller grooving workshop is responsible for mills that employ grooved rollers for wheat milling, as well as softening flour using grooved and smooth rollers or stone-grinding rollers.
