KFF Aash & Polo Noodles

Wheat flour is used to prepare dough-based products such as aash and polo noodles. Aash and polo are two Iranian dishes which can be cooked with Iranian traditional noodles called reshteh. KFF wheat reshteh flour is specifically designed for noodle products and differs from other dough-based products like pasta and macaroni. The flour used in colored noodle products has a white base. KFF reshteh flour is prepared from the inner layers of wheat using advanced milling equipment in the KFF factory to achieve the optimal composition for producing aash and polo noodles.
